The first prototype of the new GM “Legislator,” ordered by the new GM president, Barack Obama, and designed by Nancy Pelosi and the US Congress, has rolled out for its first road test. The car is expected to get 100 mi/gal and reach a top speed of 50 mph. The GM Legislator is expected to go into full production as soon as a few bugs are worked out.
